THE CHALLENGE
A small firm with recurring manual workloads: portal access management, monthly analytics reporting, repetitive browser tasks, and undocumented IT processes.
MY CONTRIBUTION
Implemented PHP access control for the client portal, built GA4 report PDF workflows, wrote Selenium browser automation to replace repetitive manual tasks, produced IT turnover documentation, and built an interactive steps WordPress plugin with animated SVGs and backend admin editing.
