THE CHALLENGE
Newsletter signups appeared to vanish: submissions were being captured by Elementor but no notification emails were sent, and contacts never reached the client's list.
MY CONTRIBUTION
Traced submissions to Elementor's Submissions log, identified unconfigured SMTP as the root cause, installed and prepared WP Mail SMTP, and scoped the newsletter integration path for the client's approval.
OUTCOME
- Root cause identified: missing SMTP configuration, not a broken form
- Submissions verified captured in Elementor
- Email delivery path prepared for the client's mailer credentials
